Are you a creative and motivated video editor looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a talented full-time Video Editor to join our growing team at The Cotswold Film Company.

We create high-quality visual content for a broad range of brands and businesses across multiple sectors, specialising in the horse racing industry, while working closely with creative agencies. This provides an exciting opportunity to deliver a diverse portfolio of premium projects.

As a key member of our creative team, you will play an important role in shaping the visual style and storytelling of our video content. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects within a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional creative standards.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in video editing, supported by a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and After Effects (both essential)
• Experience with Adobe Audition, Lightroom, and Photoshop is desirable but not essential 
• Competent at colour grading
• Experience with basic motion graphics
• Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail
• A proactive, adaptable approach to new projects
• A general understanding of the horse racing industry is advantageous but not required 

Key Details

• Competitive salary
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
